7 entries added to the consolidated list

On 13 December 2023 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following 7 entries have been added to the Counter-Terrorism (International) financial sanctions regime and are now subject to an asset freeze:

• Akram Al-Ajouri (Group ID: 16224)
• Aiman Ahmad Al-Duwaik (Group ID: 16225)
• Ali Baraka (Group ID: 16229)
• Khaled Chouman (Group ID: 16228)
• Rida Ali Khamis (Group ID: 16230)
• Maher Rebhi Namr Obeid (Group ID: 16226)
• Mahmoud Zahar (Group ID: 16227)

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
