4 entries added to the consolidated list, 1 regime withdrawn 

On 17 May 2024 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act. 

The following entries have been added to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea financial sanctions regime and are now subject to an asset freeze: 

  • Aleksey Mikhailovich Vorotnikov (Group ID: 16499) 
  • Paekyangsan Shipping Co Ltd (Group ID: 16495) 
  • Toplivo Bunkering Company (Group ID: 16496)

The following entry has been added to the Russia financial sanctions regime and remains subject to an asset freeze and trusts services sanctions: 

  • Vostochnaya Stevedore Limited Liability Company (Group ID: 16498)

Furthermore, 2 entries have been corrected on the consolidated list under the following financial sanctions regimes and remain subject to an asset freeze: Democratic Republic of the Congo and ISIL (Da'esh) and Al-Qaida. Further information can be found in the relevant notices on the respective regime pages. 

From 16 May 2024 the UK’s Burundi financial sanctions regime is no longer in force and its regime page has now been withdrawn. 

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
