2 entries amended on the consolidated list

The following entries have been amended under the ISIL (Da'esh) and Al-Qaida regime and remain subject to an asset freeze:

• Faysal Ahmad Bin Ali al-Zahrani (Group ID: 13351)
• Yazid Sufaat (Group ID: 7848)

This follows an update to the UK Sanctions List, enacting the UN's decision made on 21 July 2023 to amend these entries.

OFSIs consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
