3 entries added to the consolidated list

3 entries have been added to the Myanmar financial sanctions regime.

On 27 March 2023 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following entries have been added to the Myanmar financial sanctions regime and are now subject to an asset freeze:

• KHIN PHYU WIN (Group ID: 15858)
• TUN MIN LATT (Group ID: 15857)
• SHOON ENERGY PTE LIMITED (Group ID: 15859)

Furthermore, 2 entries have been corrected under the Iran (Human Rights) financial sanctions regime and remain subject to an asset freeze. The relevant notice can be found here.

And, 1 entry has been corrected under the Global Anti-Corruption financial sanctions regime and remains subject to an asset freeze. The relevant notice can be found here.

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
