4 entries have been amended on the consolidated list under, the Russia financial sanctions regime.

On 13 April 2023 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following entries has been amended under the Russia financial sanctions regime and remain subject to an asset freeze:

• Felix Vladimirovich Evtushenkov (Group ID: 15881)
• Natalia Nikolayevna Evtushenkova (Group ID: 15882)
