4 entries have been amended under the Russia financial sanctions regime and remain subject to an asset freeze and trust services sanctions.

On 22 May 2023 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following entries has been amended under the Russia regime:

• Ilya Iosifovich Klebanov (Group ID: 15921)
• Valery Pavlinovich Shantsev (Group ID: 15920)
• AFK Sistema (Group ID: 15982)
• Vladimir Nikolaevich Lepin (Group ID: 15969)

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect this change.
