3 entries amended on the consolidated list

On 26 June 2024 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions Liston GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following entries have been amended on the Russia financial sanctions regimeand is no longer subject to an asset freeze or trust services sanctions:

• Pavel Sergeevich Barchugov (Group ID: 15545)
• Konstantin Denisov (Group ID: 15765)
• Fractal Marine DMCC (Group ID: 16392)

OFSIs consolidated listof asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
