6 entries added to the consolidated list

On 28 October 2024 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following entries have been added to the Russia financial sanctions regime and are now subject to an asset freeze and trust services sanctions:

• Ilya Andreevich Gambashidze (Group ID: 16614)
• Andrey Naumovich Perla (Group ID: 16613)
• Nikolai Aleksandrovich Tupikin (Group ID: 16615)
• Ano Dialog (Group ID: 16618)
• Social Design Agency (Group ID: 16616)
• Structura National Technologies (Group ID: 16617)

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
