3 entries amended on the consolidated list

Correction - corrects wording to clarify that entries remain subject to financial sanctions

On 26 June 2024 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions Liston GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following entries have been amended under the Russia financial sanctions regime and are still subject to an asset freeze and trust services sanctions:

• Pavel Sergeevich Barchugov (Group ID: 15545)
• Konstantin Denisov (Group ID: 15765)
• Fractal Marine DMCC (Group ID: 16392)

OFSIs consolidated listof asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
