4 entries added to the consolidated list

On 25 January 2024 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following 4 entries have been added to the Yemen financial sanctions regime and are now subject to an asset freeze:

• Mohamed Nasser Al-Atifi (Group ID: 16346)
• Muhammad Fadl Abd Al-Nabi (Group ID: 16349)
• Muhammad Ali Al-Qadari (Group ID: 16348)
• Muhammad Ahmad Al-Talibi (Group ID: 16347)

Furthermore, one entry has been corrected under the Counter-Terrorism (International) financial sanctions regime and remains subject to an asset freeze. Further information can be found in the relevant notice on the respective regime page.

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
