July 2021 was yet another bumper month for FinTech funding—FinTechs raised $12.98 billion in funds and closed 278 deals, the highest over the past three years. FinTech funding crossed the $10 billion mark for the third time since January 2021. FinTechs raised $12.98 billion, registering a 1.5% MoM growth. However, the number of deals dipped from 341 in June 2021 to 278 in July 2021, registering an 18.4% MoM decline.
