One more brrrrr day to go until a warmup. Clear skies tonight will help Thursday’s low temps plummet. Wind chill temps tomorrow morning will range from minus 15 to minus 30 across Minnesota. At least, we’ll get plenty of sunshine Thursday, and a thaw is coming Friday through the weekend, with a shot at the 40s on Saturday. As Minneapolis’ Upper Harbor project moves forward, some north-siders are worried, skeptical. Although the $200 million project promises jobs and economic growth in the north side, some residents aren’t sure if it will benefit their communities or end up pushing them out of their neighborhoods. For many north-siders, who for decades have heard economic promises made and broken, the question now is: Will this time be different?
