We’re excited to announce that advisers ranked FirstChoice #1 for overall satisfaction, along with five other categories, in the 2022 Wealth Insights Platform Service Level Report. FirstWrap also stepped up in the rankings to #4 for overall satisfaction, while improving its score across all other categories.

Over the last 18 months we’ve spent a lot of time listening to advisers’ feedback on improvements they want to see from CFS. These results tell us we’re on the right path with our improvements and energise us to keep making our platforms even better. We don’t take this result for granted and know there is a lot more work yet to do.
