Take a Bite
This weekend, we pay a visit to Valentina’s Tex Mex BBQ, a must-stop in Austin. They have one of Texas Monthly’s favorite tacos: smoked brisket with citrusy guacamole and spicy salsa rolled up in a soft flour tortilla. Next, we’re stopping at Whistle Stop Tea Room in Tomball for stacked club sandwiches, homemade tortilla soup and an epic selection of pies and cakes. Lastly, we head to the little German town of Fredericksburg to visit Rathskeller Restaurant, a century-old hospital-turned-eatery. We’ll try their traditional schnitzel and a cozy one-pot Chicken Artichoke Pasta. You do not want to miss any of it!
