We're only one game in and at least one team (see below: Dolphins, Miami) looks like it's already checked out, and Brady Quinn thinks the Colts could join them, pointing out that we're all pretty sure Indy's tanked before. Ryan Wilson also joins to size up three more teams eyeing 2020, as well as QB grades and all the NFL news.
Pete Prisco went 9-6-1 last week, but he says that's not nearly good enough and he's ready to move on to Week 2. Pete doesn't expect many points in a great game in Green Bay; what he does expect is the Packers' D to step up again and hold off the Vikings in a close one. Pete's also got the Panthers rolling on TNF, and check out which N.Y. team will get an upset.
The Dolphins might be looking to next year, but Jason La Canfora says the idea of a fire sale rings pretty hollow since, well, what's left to trade? Ryan Tannehill, Laremy Tunsil, Cam Wake ... there are too many gone to even list, and where are all the dudes in a position to demand a trade? Here's what JLC says happens next in Miami.

We just saw Gardner Minshew and Nick Foles combine for 347 yards and three TDs against the Chiefs, and Jamey Eisenberg says we can expect Derek Carr to put up some good numbers on K.C., too, with the Raiders likely chasing points. That's why Jamey's got Carr as one of his sleeper starts for Week 2, but he's got a bust alert for one big-name QB.
The Lions just gagged away a game in Arizona and they're only 2.5-point dogs to the Chargers. SOMETHING STINKS ABOUT THIS LINE. Kerryon Johnson could have a monster game against a team that just gave up 174 rushing yards to Marlon Mack, so give me the Lions at home. I'm also riding with Gardner Minshew, and here's the pick Brady Quinn talked me into.
The Pats are 19-point favorites in Miami, and who knows how huge that number will get by kickoff? R.J. White has some numbers you might want to see before emptying your wallet, though (for one, the Pats are 1-6 in Miami ATS the last seven years), plus R.J. breaks down the biggest line moves, home-field edges to know and the UNDERDOG PARLAY OF THE WEEK.
After a sexual assault lawsuit was filed against Antonio Brown, there were some questions about what would come next for the WR, but one was answered when he showed up at Pats practice. The NFL could place him on the exempt list, but for now Brown's eligible to play in games ... with one small difference from how he showed up at practice.
