MyRepublic may have caused a splash in the Australian broadband space but in NZ along with Vodafone and Spark it has run afoul of the consumer regulator. New Zealand’s competition regulator The Commerce Commission has warned four telecommunications companies that they have engaged in conduct which breaches the Fair Trading Act.
