A year ago at this time, the average price in Massachusetts was 59 cents lower at $2.28. As gasoline prices near $3 per gallon, do you have to adjust your operations? Yes. We have to cut back on our fuel-related operations.
Yes. We have to cut on non-fuel line items in our budget.
