COAST Radio (97.3) and the Black Arts Alliance celebrate Spike Lee's look at Greek sororities and fraternities at an African American college in School Daze (1988). After the screening, a panel discussion on the importance of Greek life and historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Hosted by Bigg B. Purchase admission at the door the night of the screening. Refreshments available for purchase from CAM Café. Bring an unwrapped toy donation for COAST's Holiday Smiles Toy Drive. Artists Loraine Scalamoni (The Boy and the Sea, mixed media acrylic and collage on paper), Kelly Starbuck (Guardian Angel, photography) and Sharon Thomas (Amataphegea, watercolor and ink) whose work is on view in the current exhibition State of the Art/Art of the State, come together for an informal conversation on their art work. Join in the discussion about their inspiration and process. 
Before and after the program stop in CAM Café for refreshments and/or dinner.
