Outages, some flooding

The severe weather that stormed through the capital region Wednesday left thousands without power and prompted schools, businesses and public agencies to close down for the day. Here's Paul Cobler's report on the impact to the Baton rouge area.

Louisiana’s Democratic governor suffered a stinging political defeat when the Legislature overturned his veto of congressional maps approved last month by lawmakers.
