Pending Home Sales Decline 1.2% in March

Washington, DC, April 27, 2022—The Pending Home Sales Index (PHSI) fell 1.2% to 103.7 in March, according to the National Association of Realtors. Year-over-year, transactions sank 8.2%. An index of 100 is equal to the level of contract activity in 2001.
