Dear John,

Have you ever experienced a sense of fluidity between your body and mind, when you're so deeply absorbed that time seems to disappear? Your senses heighten, your focus is laser sharp, you are one with what is happening...? This is flow state. 

How do you find your flow?

Choose an activity appropriate to your ability – too much attention required for precise actions will get in the way, but some challenge is necessary to bind your mind to the moment. Focus on the process, not the outcome.
