through minuscule fluid sensor

The sensor – developed by imec and Holst Centre – is very small (1 cm²), is relatively cheap to produce and can even be printed on film. It can measure several different parameters at the same time and can provide reliable readings over an extended period of time. 

The innovative fluid sensor makes revolutionary applications possible in areas such as horticulture and healthcare, the food industry and even water collection.
