Food truck park to open downtown

Welcome to another edition of the Acadiana Business Newsletter. On to today's headlines....

The owner of a residential development in downtown Lafayette will put a food truck park next door at the corner of Cypress Street and Lee Avenue.

Architect Dillon Van Way with DVW Properties obtained a building permit with Lafayette Consolidated Government for the food truck park on the property, a small parcel which he obtained in February through the city’s adjudication program.

To be called Uncle Bob’s Round Up, the park will spaces for five food trucks and will also have a covered seating area and a bathroom.
