I don't know about you but I love to browse through a bookshop. Better yet, one with a cafe and a piping hot mug of tea or coffee (decaf, alas, these days, though.)
But that lovely image is hard to find at this time of year when the shops and streets are busy, busy, busy. It's hard to browse when you're being booted up the behind by someone else's bag. The allure of the cafe fades with a hot and sweaty queue.
So what have I been doing instead?
