Good morning.  It's wet and cold this morning... and that's how it's going to stay all day, plus very windy.

Skies will begin to clear overnight and then it get really cold.  Freeze warnings for the hill country tomorrow morning.

Cold again Friday, then not quite as cold over the weekend.
