Former Baltimore Gun Trace Task Force supervisor Sgt. Thomas Allers pleads guilty

The former supervisor of the corrupt Baltimore Police Gun Trace Task Force entered a guilty plea to racketeering Wednesday afternoon, becoming the fifth officer in the case to plead guilty.
