NYC might require all employers to give anti-sexual harassment training
A bill being discussed by the New York City Council would require all private and public employers in the city to provide training aimed at preventing sexual harassment. If enacted in its present form the bill would require private employers to conduct the training once year and government agencies to hold the sessions twice a year.
