Former long jumper Dawn Burrell shows how to eat like an Olympian
Dawn Burrell competed in the long jump at the Sydney Olympics in 2000 and won gold at the indoor world championships the following year. She then turned to cooking and was a “Top Chef” finalist. Now she joins TODAY to share healthy dishes to help you eat like an Olympian, including chocolate granola, a power smoothie, and a green mango pepper sauce that resembles chutney.
