The US Securities and Exchange Commission has filed criminal complaints against former Nissan Chairman Carlos Ghosn and another former executive, Greg Kelly, on suspicion that they underreported Ghosn's income. Prosecutors in Japan reportedly suspect Ghosn's income was underreported by roughly $80 million over five years.
