The PHNX Co-Living-Aparthotel, south of the River Elbe, is now offering an alternative mix of micro-apartments, hotel services, community offers and a co-working space. Meanwhile, the Hamburg-based biotech company Evotec has received EUR 4 million in EU funding, and the Ministry of the Environment is scouring for sites on which to position floating LNG terminals. The Speicherstadt has yet another new attraction after the Miniatur Wunderland opened a virtual reality world of adventure named "Yullbe Wunderland".
