A Message From the Editor Both of our top stories today involve law firm partners who left their firms under unusual and acrimonious circumstances. The first story today deals with a former partner at a complex litigation firm, who is now facing a five-year suspension over allegations that he stole fees from his firm. That lawyer, Scott Diamond, is hoping he'll be able to get that recommended sentence reduced. Also, another former partner of a complex litigation law firm is facing a deposition by the Church of Scientology.
