  James Wolfe, a former staffer of the Senate Intelligence Committee, was arrested and indicted Thursday on three counts of giving false statements during a federal leak investigation. The move comes as a federal prosecutor notified a “New York Times” reporter that the Justice Department obtained information on her Google email accounts and Verizon phone, the newspaper reported.
