| | Roy Oliver, 38, the former Dallas-area police officer who shot and killed Jordan Edwards last year, was sentenced to 15 years in prison late Wednesday. Oliver fatally shot Edwards, 15, after responding to a house party in suburban Dallas in April 2017.
