Lola Karimova Tillyaeva, a daughter of Uzbekistan's longtime president, has sold her palatial Beverly Hills estate for $36 million, making it LA’s biggest deal inked so far this year. Sited directly across the street from the Beverly Hills Hotel, the mega-mansion was built by real estate developer Mohamed Hadid and includes a 48,000-square-foot main house, two swimming pools, three kitchens, a grand ballroom and an underground garage that can hold up to 12 cars, just for starters. And over in the Florida Keys, a 26-acre island is now asking $75 million. Located in Key Largo’s serene Card Sound Bay, the tropical retreat offers a 20-slip marina, two tennis courts, and a helipad.
