You need a good QB to win in the NFL and Tua was a generational quarterback prospect a year ago and now the Redskins should pass on him just because they have Haskins, who didn't exactly thrill during his rookie year? It should no longer be controversial to say that Aaron Rodgers is not the same player he once was. That's not to say he's bad or even average. He's still good. He's just not so good that he can overcome any deficiencies in the infrastructure around him, no matter what. He needs at least a little bit of help.
