Civic tech around the world

Hey Baltimore, happy Tuesday. Hope your week's been off to a good start. Today, I have some news from abroad, courtesy of a message on our public Slack (which we encourage you to join, if you haven't!).

Baltimore's own Chief Data Officer Justin Elszasz today spoke alongside fellow data leaders for Louisville, Kentucky and the British National Health Service during a panel at Bloomberg CityLab in Amsterdam today. The convening celebrates civic innovation with mayors, urban planners, artists, business boosters and activists from around the world.

While you're probably not in the Netherlands with Elszasz (and if you are, please let us know!), maybe you've seen some interesting government tech in places you've visited. Anything on the global stage that you think could help Baltimore? Let us know by replying to this email or sending another to baltimore@technical.ly.
