If your cocoa has enough cocoa butter in it, you can treat it like fine chocolate. Your free cocoa has 3X that of most store brands. So you can make some pretty amazing things.
Top your desserts with chocolate whipped cream, not vanilla.
Make wonderful whipped cream frosting.
Make hot chocolate. It's better and costs less than the mixes in the store.

Make ganache--that decadent chocolate fudge sauce. Use it for frosting or a filling.
