I love Sally Lunn bread. It's an old English bread that is soft and white. It's perfect as a loaf and makes great dinner and sweet rolls.

Some of the time, I use my bread machine and some of the time, I use my stand-type mixer.

Some of the time I make loaves and some of the time I make something else like sandwich rolls.

How to Use Bread Mixes!

Bread mixes are quick and easy and take the guesswork out of bread and rolls.

To make rolls in your bread machine, set the machine to "dough" and push a button. Then form a oaf, make rolls, or more and bake them in the oven.

To use your stand-type mixer, follow the directions but use the dough hook and mix for five to ten minutes. Then make what you want.

Life at your house will never be the same.
