After less than two years of ownership, Hollywood action star Frank Grillo is stepping away from his Hollywood Hills mansion. The DC and Marvel actor is seeking $9 million for the ultra-contemporary spread, which offers chicly minimalist interiors paired with monochromatic finishes. Built in 2019 and tucked into the lush uppermost reaches of Nichols Canyon, the 8,000-square-foot house offers a quintessential California indoor-outdoor living spaces, complete with disappearing walls of glass and clerestory windows. Other highlights include five ensuite bedrooms, a movie theater, gym, plunge pool and views of the surrounding hills.
