Frank Randol, the longtime owner of Randol's Seafood who became an ambassador of sorts for the seafood industry, has parachuted back into the news. He has a deal in place to buy the former Pont Breaux's site in Breaux Bridge. It'll house a restaurant, dance hall and seafood processing plant, according to an announcement released late yesterday.
