New Winter Specials Menu

Check out our new winter specials menu! Chef Jose has created some amazing warm dishes just in time for snowy cold days. Shown here, clockwise from 6pm:

• Chicken-style Seitan Pot Pie brings back childhood memories. House-made tender chicken-style seitan, carrots, sweet peas, and pearl onions all simmered in a rich creamy gravy then topped with a flakey crust.
• Trio Burger Sliders is perfect for folks who can’t decide which burger to order because it includes slider versions of our top three: Buddha’s Karma Burger, Cajun Black Bean Burger, and Titanic BLT.
• A gorgeous Harvest Salad made with mixed greens, roasted sweet potato and beets, toasted pepitas, cranberries and red onion tossed in citrus rosemary vinaigrette.
• Portobello Prime Burger is a multi-mushroom burger, topped with house-made horseradish mayo, battered portobello stems, lettuce, tomato, and onion on wheat bun. Served with your choice of side.
• Bourbon BBQ Tips is proving to be very popular. Our own house-made Bourbon BBQ sauce smothers a plate of crisp and tender seitan tips. And it comes with a loaded twice-baked potato and sautéed vegetables.

Some regional Whole Foods Groceries also carry slices of our cakes. Check to see if your local Whole Foods is on our list. Remember, each store's bakery manager chooses which flavors they offer at their location.
