Clear your Saturday, Christmas on the Green starts at 4.30pm and includes lots of free and fun activities. Get crafty in the Sustainable Makers Tent creating your very own coffee body scrub, origami seed envelopes or Furoshiki upcycled material gift wrap Take a stroll through Santa's grotto Ride a camel and more! When the sun starts to set, grab a spot on the 'green' and enjoy a traditional carols sing-along with performances by Lakelands Senior High School soloists, The Jenelle Russo Singers and Divalicious Penny. Saturday 4 December 2021, 4.30 - 8pm Legacy Park, Cockburn Central More information Celebrate being Aussie  It's free, fun and celebrates being Australian, there's also a free brekky snag (while stocks last). Plus if you take part in the sandcastle building competition you could win a family pass to Rottnest! Activities include: Entertainment by the Milford St Shakers, Two Cent Professionals and the Jazzie Shazzie Children's Show Free water amusements and rides Mermaids on the beach and more. More information Cockburn's Got Talent - registrations open If you've been harbouring a hidden talent or are trying something new, we'd love to hear/see it at Cockburn's Got Talent, plus you could win up to $500! Heat 1 takes place at the Cockburn Youth Centre, Saturday 19 March 1-5pm. Grand final is at the Cultural Fair, Harmony Oval, Atwell, Saturday 9 April, 3-7pm Categories 5-10 11-17 18+ Prizes $500 for 1st place   I    $250 for 2nd place   I    $100 for 3rd place Closes Friday, 25 February 2022, 5pm.
