Want to beat anxiety? Try this free drumming workshop!

Getting creative can do wonders for your mental wellbeing. No one knows this better than Totally Flawed, which offers workshops, short courses, and events that combine artistic practice with mental health support. And next month, you're invited to get involved for free.

Off Beat is a three-part introductory drumming
workshop co-led by professional drummers Hayley Cramer and Siân Monaghan, and qualified counsellor Amy Walshe and NLP therapist Hayley Bedington. After getting to grips with your sticks, you'll learn everything from basic drum patterns to the psychology behind the creative process. It's all about giving you a safe, judgement-free space to get creative and translating your new musical skills into tools for managing anxiety.

There are 30 fully funded spaces up for grabs at the workshop, which takes place from 12.30pm to 3.30pm across the first three Sundays of November at Tottenham's Lordship Hub Co-Op. Click below to find out more and to register your interest in attending.
