	Herb and Garlic Focaccia

"I've always wanted to make focaccia but it seems too complicated," said the lady in the store. It's not. It's easy even if you've never made bread before.
1. Mix the dough in your stand-type mixer or by hand. 2. Press it into a pizza pan and let it rise. It only rises once. 3. Use your fingers to dimple the rising bread. 4. Mix the herbs and spices with olive oil and drizzle it over the bread.


	Corn Fritters

5. Bake for 15 minutes. For variations, add tomatoes, onions, new potatoes, or spinach or dress it as a pizza. If you don't have a focaccia mix, you can make it from scratch or another mix. More snacks for you to make. Pumpkin or Squash FrittersHomemade Chapatti Corn Fritters
