“If children feel safe, they can take risks, ask questions, make mistakes, learn to trust, share their feelings, and grow.” ~ Alfie Kohn, educator and author
Hi John,
I hope things are going well in your world. My kids have been spending hours outside, mostly jumping on our newish trampoline, and I squeezed in a 4 mile walk yesterday. It's amazing to get outdoors again, and we're not taking this fresh air for granted.
Since the changing leaves are making a glorious appearance, I thought you'd enjoy an easy leaf-related Art Starter this week. This one is great for young preschoolers, and you could jazz it up with markers and paint for older kids.
This simple Art Starter is designed to save you time, spend time outdoors, connect with your child, and support creative thinking.
The key word here is simple! Easy, uncomplicated, time-saving.
All you'll need are leaves, sturdy paper, glue, and a brush.

Tag me on Instagram or share in Club TinkerLab (our Facebook group) if you set up this Art Starter. I'd love to see your creations!
➡️ If you'd like to receive five weekly Art Starters from TinkerLab, October enrollment in our membership program, TinkerLab Schoolhouse, is officially underway. Doors close Sunday.🎉
{Feel welcome to share this FREE resource with other families, teachers, or homeschoolers}
Warmly,
Rachelle
