A new study by Crucial Learning reveals 1 in 4 of your coworkers are burned out. Or maybe the burned out one is you! Considering the scope of social pressures, health concerns, job turnover, and increased workload we’ve faced in the past two years, feeling disengaged and exhausted is understandable. But that doesn’t mean it’s unsolvable. According to survey respondents, there is a clear correlation between speaking up and having fewer symptoms of burnout. Ultimately, open dialogue can be a powerful antidote to burnout and is the first step to resolving your people’s biggest issues and concerns. Join Justin Hale, training designer and Crucial Conversations master trainer, on Tuesday, March 15th, at 11 a.m. MT for Beating Employee Burnout: How to Keep Your Team Engaged and Motivated.
