Dear John It's a tenet of Western culture that we have free will and are capable of rational thought, which influences the decisions we make and the direction our lives take. While this may be true to some extent, we are not the sole director of our own lives. In fact, if the pandemic has shown us anything, it's that we are never fully in control, no matter how much we plan, plot or prepare. The great unknown is an unsettling place to be but it’s an inherent part of life. If we can learn to be okay with not being in control, with not knowing, then it can also be fertile ground for incredible growth and transformation - both on a personal and cultural level. |
We’ve invited 7 teachers, mentors and therapists to share their insights on navigating the unknown. If you’d like to pick up some techniques that you can apply in times of uncertainty, please join us on Monday, 19 April, 17:00 - 18:30 CET (16:00 - 17:30 GMT). |
The webinar will be around an hour with a 30 minute Q&A session afterwards. If you’re not available to watch it live, please register anyway and we’ll send you the recording. |
