Can you feel it? Spring is right around the corner! We're ready for the change. We have some exciting springtime events coming up in March (Decluttering! Ag Week! Gardening!). And, best of all, the construction crews will be finishing up the new library expansion in the next couple of months. We have changed our plans for the Open Your Library: Grand Re-Opening Celebration that we announced in our last email newsletter. Heirloom Seeds Workshop Registration is now open for our annual Heirloom Seeds Workshop on Tuesday, March 27, at 6pm. This very popular program fills up quickly, so if you want to attend, sign up now to save your spot! You will learn to start tomato plants from seed, transplant seedlings, and save your own seed for next year’s garden. Attendees will also be able to take home seed packets from many varieties of locally grown heirlooms as well as an organic heirloom tomato seedling! Register here. |
