Don't boil corn. Throw it on the grill to give it extra flavor and to add a little caramelization that will take it from just another cob of corn to something so good it can be a meal all by itself. You can grill corn all by itself or load it up with flavor for the best corn on the cob you have ever eaten.

Sweetened Chipotle Corn Butter
Top 10 Corn Butter Recipes

There are two ways to grill corn to perfection. Husks on or husks off. To prepare with husks on, place corn right onto burning coals for a few minutes. The husks will burn and the corn will steam, slowly absorbing smoke while the sugars caramelize to perfection. Husks off, place the corn on the cooking grate over a high heat and grill until the kernels start to turn and charring appears. Turn frequently. This process caramelizes the sugars and creates a perfect flavor. With this method, the corn can be basted with any of these flavorful butters. Or, take the piping hot corn and brush liberally with any of these great recipes and you'll have a fantastic vegetable course with any meal.
