Bree Robinson, Realtor Associate & Marketing Coordinator with the Sales & Leasing Team: Bree joined the team in March of 2020 after serving as Director of Sales & Marketing for High Hotels’ three Lancaster properties. In addition to leading sales and leasing efforts for both High-owed and third-party transactions, Bree leads the strategic marketing efforts for the Sales & Leasing Department. Aaron Skelly, Realtor Associate & Research Analyst with the Sales & Leasing Team: Aaron joined the team in June of 2021 and also leads sales and leasing efforts of both High owned properties and third-party transactions. Additionally, he supplements his time with developing market research of industrial, commercial, and high-density land asset type opportunities. Ashley Garcia, Marketing & Event Specialist: Ashley joined High Associates in March of 2020. Ashley oversees the activation, marketing, and branding strategy for Greenfield. In her role, She works closely with leadership to create new tools to promote and grow High’s business, develop and manage social media platforms, and serve as the primary contact for event coordination. She works to create a better living, better business, and better community at Greenfield. Ashley lives in West Hempfield with her husband, Fernando, and two sons, Lucas and Logan. Scott Kennedy, Cost Control Coordinator: Scott joined the team in March of 2021. He’s responsible for capturing all expenses across our Property Services and Building Maintenance departments. For the same departments, he processes payroll and review labor records, as well as for third team, and Construction Services. When not working closely with operations staff and accounting functions, he enjoys playing guitar and piano, which he has done since a young age and lead him to meeting his fiancé.
